What to expect
We understand that starting something new—especially when you’re managing back pain—can feel a little daunting. That’s why we’ve designed our Reformer Pilates Open Day to be welcoming, informative, and totally pressure-free.
Here’s what your session will look like:
45-Minute Reformer Pilates Class
You’ll take part in a gentle, beginner-friendly Reformer Pilates class tailored specifically for people with back pain. Our experienced instructor will guide you through each movement with plenty of support and modifications to suit your comfort level. No prior Pilates experience is needed!
Time to Chat with Our Injury Specialist
Before/after your class, you’ll have the opportunity to speak with our Pilates Instructor who is an expert injury specialist. Understand how Pilates can support your recovery and how to take those next steps.
